Suresh Babu is the Chief Executive Officer of Glazier International FZC, a UAE-based company specialising in the supply of foundry raw materials, metals, ferro alloys, refractory products, and industrial equipment. As CEO, he oversees the company's strategic direction, operational excellence, and international business development initiatives.
With an engineering background and extensive hands-on experience, Suresh Babu brings deep technical and commercial expertise gained across diverse industries including toolroom engineering, foundry operations, machine shops, die casting, investment casting, plastic processing, and recycling industries. This multidisciplinary exposure enables him to bridge technical understanding with market-driven solutions.
Under his leadership, Glazier International has successfully expanded its footprint across regional and global markets, building strong supplier alliances and long-term customer relationships. Recognising the immense potential in software and AI, Suresh led the creation of Glazier Software Solutions — the technology division that is now redefining enterprise digitisation across the region.

Vinay Kumar is Co-Founder and Head of Customer Success at Glazier Software Solutions, the technology division of Glazier International FZC headquartered in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE. Alongside CEO & Founder Suresh Babu, Vinay has helped shape Glazier Software Solutions into a full-spectrum technology partner delivering ERP, EDMS, AI and AI Governance, Cybersecurity, Web and Mobile Development, IT Consulting, Digital Transformation, Data Servers, and Contact Center solutions to enterprise clients across the region.
With over a decade of enterprise sales and business development experience in the UAE and wider GCC market, Vinay brings deep expertise across ERP, EDMS, cloud and AI, identity and access management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation engagements. His career spans partner ecosystems with Microsoft, AWS, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, VMware, and Citrix, and he holds vendor certifications including Docuware, VMware VSP, Citrix CSP, AWS Business Professional, and McAfee.
At Glazier Software Solutions, Vinay leads customer success and client relationships, ensuring every engagement — from ERP transformation to AI governance — is grounded in measurable business outcomes. He combines this commercial leadership with hands-on technical fluency, actively building and deploying AI-driven tools and automation systems that transform the solutions Glazier brings to its clients.
