By accessing or using any service provided by Glazier International FZC ("Glazier", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Glazier provides enterprise software solutions including ERP systems, EDMS, custom web and mobile applications, AI integration, and cybersecurity services. Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or written agreements.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is the property of Glazier International FZC and protected by UAE and international copyright laws.
Payment terms, milestones, and amounts are defined in individual SOWs. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glazier's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the SOW. Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients or prominently noted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
